French subjects must merely be holders of the national identity card. No other formality is required of foreigners who wish to travel to Monaco.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section><section class=\"l-section wpb_row us_custom_80c56a77 height_large\"><div class=\"l-section-h i-cf\"><div class=\"g-cols vc_row via_grid cols_1 laptops-cols_inherit tablets-cols_inherit mobiles-cols_1 valign_top type_default stacking_default\"><div class=\"wpb_column vc_column_container\"><div class=\"vc_column-inner\"><h2 class=\"w-text us_custom_a518f36e us_animate_this\"><span class=\"w-text-h\"><span class=\"w-text-value\">Conditions required for entry and settlement in Monaco<\/span><\/span><\/h2><div class=\"wpb_text_column\"><div class=\"wpb_wrapper\"><p>Any foreigner, except French subjects, who whishes to live in Monaco for a period longer than three months or establish residence there, must be the holder of a settlement visa. To obtain a settlement visa, the person concerned must apply to the French General Consulate nearest to his domicile.
