New York – October 15, 2010 – More than 300 VIP guests and friends of Monaco gathered at the Top of the Rock at Rockefeller Center to watch the sunset as they tasted sublime signature dishes by some of NYC’s best chefs – Didier Elena, Shaun Hergatt, Francois Payard, Cedric Tovar – and rising culinary star from Monaco, Marcel Ravin. The evening benefitted the Prince Albert II of Monaco Foundation-USA and the Princess Grace Foundation-USA.
Chefs prepared these dishes which were complemented by fine French wines from the Chateau Coutet and Chateau Latour, Champagne Paul Goerg and single malt whiskeys from The Balvenie Distillery, plus café treats from Nespresso.
