Monaco’s Ambassador to the USA Gilles Noghes, and Consul General Maguy Maccario, co-hosted a VIP reception at the Consulate General of Monaco to celebrate the first participation in the ING New York City Marathon by the Monaco-based organization, Peace and Sport. They were joined by Champions of Peace, Paula Radcliffe, Tegla Loroupe and Wilson Kipketer, the Mayor of New Orleans Mitch Landrieu and many special guests.
